Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 4-6 hours Servings: 8-10 Ingredients: -1 lb flank steak, 1inch cubed -2 tbsp olive oil -1 can black beans, drained & rinsed -1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed -1 can yellow corn, drained -1 yellow onion, diced -1 green bell pepper, diced -1 can crushed tomatoes -1 tbsp smoked paprika -2 tbsp chili powder -1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -1 tbsp salt (or to taste) -1 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste) -1 tsp garlic powder -1 can tomato paste -4 cups beef broth -1/4 cup jarred jalapeños -2 tbsp choice hot sauce Directions: 1. Begin by hearing your oil in a medium skillet on medium-high heat. Season your steak liberally with salt and pepper. When pan is hot place your steak in pan. (You can test your pan by placing a single piece of steak in your pan, it should automatically begin to sizzle.) brown your steak for 1-2 minutes, stirring to get all sides. When done remove from stove. 2. In a large slow cooker place all ingredients (including steak), stir generously to combined all ingredients. You can cook on low for at least six hours or on high for four. The longer the better to tenderize your steak. 3. When ready serve hot! Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream or green onions. ENJOY!
