I have a weak spot for Mexican foods, maybe its because I grew up with it, maybe its because I feel its one of my strengths in cooking. Either way I make it often and love it always. These tacos are so easy and a set and forget type, great for busy families. I have featured some easy street tacos for this recipe but another beauty of this meat is its versatile and can be used for tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos or what every your little heart desires. You can freeze the left overs and save them for a lazy day. Servings: 6-8

*many recipes call for flank steak which you can use as well, I like to use a cheaper cut of meat to save a little on the pocket book. These meats maybe a little tougher but when your slow cooking it for so long it'll tenderize to perfection!
