2. Once beef is browned add your onion and bell peppers, sweat (cook) until onions are clear. Add garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes until aromatic. 3. Once cooked Add in the rest of your ingredients and stir. You have the choice to put in a crock pot at this point and let your seasons marinated for a few hours, my suggestion is at least let it cook on low for 30 minutes. Always season to taste with salt and pepper! 4. When you’re ready to serve top with your choice of goodies, my family usually does cheese and sour cream.
