I know what you're thinking.. Burger patties, really? I can just go buy patties at the store. This is true, but did you know that you're going to pay up to 2/3s more per patty? That can really add up, specially if you have a big family or are having a party. Not to mention most plan patties are usually not seasoned, so if you're not buying a specialty burger (which hikes up cost even more.) You're meat most likely is flavorless, you'll be surprised how simple spices can amp up even a basic burger. Now you're thinking, okay they're patties anyone can make them... True! No argument there, but some people may want to cut out the worry of over or under seasoning so I'm just here to share my basic recipe with you. This is a base recipe which means you can use them to build specialty burgers like a teriyaki bonsai burger or you can add stuff directly to the meat and make a cheddar bacon patty or jalapeno jack cheese one.
